CredCore MCP Terms
CredCore MCP Terms
Effective date: 25 June 2026
Owner: CredCore Inc., 750 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10022 · Contact: privacy@credcore.com
These CredCore MCP Terms (“MCP Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CredCore MCP connector and the data it makes available (the “Connector” or “Service”). They supplement and form part of CredCore’s general Website Terms & Conditions (“Website Terms”) and are the “CredCore MCP Terms” incorporated by reference into the Website Terms. On any Connector-specific matter, these MCP Terms control over the Website Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Website Terms.
By connecting to, authenticating with, or using the Connector, you agree to these MCP Terms. If you act for an organization, you bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Connector. The Connector is for Business Users only and is not directed to Consumers.
Informational only. Data is extracted from publicly filed credit agreements and curated by CredCore analysts. It is provided for information only and is not legal, lending, investment, underwriting, accounting, or tax advice.
1. The Service
A read-only Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector that exposes a curated snapshot of credit-agreement datapoints derived from publicly filed credit agreements, queryable from compatible third-party AI assistants (for example, Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's ChatGPT).
Read-only by design: it returns data only. It does not create, modify, delete, or transmit data in any external system, executes no transactions, generates no image/audio/video content, and serves no advertising.
A curated snapshot, not a live feed of any upstream source; coverage, datapoints, and tools may change.
Accessed through third-party AI platforms not controlled by CredCore. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Outputs may be generated or rephrased by an AI model and may not exactly reflect the underlying CredCore data.
2. Eligibility, accounts, and authentication
Business and professional use only; you must be authorized and capable of forming a binding contract.
Registration requires a valid company or organizational email; consumer or disposable email domains may be refused.
Authentication is via OAuth 2.0 (Ory). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account or authorized connection, and must report unauthorized use to security@credcore.com. You may not share credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account except as expressly permitted.
3. Acceptable use and AI-platform compliance
You will use the Connector only as permitted by these MCP Terms, applicable law, and the usage policies of the AI platform through which you access it (for example, Anthropic's Usage Policy or OpenAI's Usage Policies).
You will not:
use the Connector to evade or circumvent the AI platform’s safety guardrails, system instructions, or these restrictions;
use it to infringe any third-party right or violate any law; or
damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
4. Prohibited uses — extraction, redistribution, derivative datasets (material term)
You will not, and will not permit or enable any third party to:
No bulk extraction. Systematically extract, scrape, harvest, copy, or reconstruct all or a substantial part of the CredCore data — in a single session or gradually, by any means, including via multiple or coordinated accounts or enumeration/permutation strategies.
No redistribution or resale. Sell, license, sublicense, publish, broadcast, redistribute, or otherwise make the CredCore data (or any substantial part, or any product or database derived from it) available to any third party, for a fee or free.
No derivative datasets or model training. Use the CredCore data to create or improve a competing dataset or data product, or to train, fine-tune, or ground any machine-learning model or embedding store — except ephemeral, in-session use by the AI assistant to answer your own queries.
No circumvention. Circumvent or interfere with any usage limit, rate limit, result cap, authentication, or other technical control, or create multiple accounts to evade limits.
No misrepresentation. Misrepresent the source, accuracy, or completeness of the data, or remove or obscure any attribution or disclaimer.
For clarity, you may use the data internally to inform your own analysis and decisions, and share limited, non-substantial excerpts internally in the ordinary course of business.
5. Usage limits and plans
The Connector may be offered in free and paid tiers. The free tier is currently limited to 50 tool calls per user per day, enforced over a rolling 24-hour window. Each call to one of the connector’s tools counts toward this limit, whether it succeeds or returns an error — including calls you make to explore the data or look up field definitions. Protocol-level discovery (the step where your client lists the connector’s available tools) is not a tool call and does not count. Limits and tiers may change and are described at sign-up or on the pricing page. CredCore may apply rate limits, query and result caps, throttling, or request refusal to protect the Service and prevent abuse.
6. Data, accuracy, and privacy
The data is a curated snapshot of publicly filed credit agreements and may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors. It is provided “as is”; the warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability in the Website Terms apply.
Informational only — not advice (see the callout above). You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the Service.
Privacy. CredCore’s handling of personal data through the Connector is described in the Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. The Connector collects only authentication identifiers and rate-limit metadata. It does not collect, store, or log your prompts, the AI assistant’s responses, your conversation context, or the content of the queries the assistant sends to its tools. Nor does it access or query the AI assistant’s or platform’s memory, chat history, conversation summaries, or any files you have uploaded to it.
7. Intellectual property
As between you and CredCore, CredCore and its licensors own the Service and the curated data — including the selection, extraction, structuring, datapoint definitions, analyst commentary, and the compiled database — and all related intellectual property rights. CredCore does not claim rights in the underlying public filings themselves. CredCore grants you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the Service and use the data it returns for your own internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Suspension and termination
CredCore may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if you violate these MCP Terms (including Section 4), where required by law or by an AI platform, or to protect the Service or other users. Confirmed scraping, redistribution, or derivative-dataset use may result in immediate termination and pursuit of other available remedies. On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Service and the data. Sections 4, 6, and 7, together with the liability, indemnification, and intellectual-property provisions of the Website Terms, survive.
9. Liability, indemnification, governing law, and changes
The disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and venue, changes, assignment, severability, and other general provisions of the Website Terms apply to these MCP Terms and are incorporated by reference. CredCore may amend these MCP Terms as provided in the Website Terms; continued use of the Connector after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
