PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By installing, accessing, or using the Tusk Liquid add-in (the “Add-in”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-in.
1. Relationship to other agreements; order of precedence
This EULA governs your use of the Add-in and supplements, and incorporates by reference, the following CredCore documents (together, the “Agreement”):

If you and CredCore have an executed Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), it governs. In the event of conflict, this order of precedence applies: (a) the MSA; (b) the CredCore Terms & Conditions; (c) this EULA; (d) the Platform Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and MCP Terms.
2. Definitions
“CredCore,” “we,” “us” — CredCore Inc., the licensor of the Add-in and the controller of personal data processed through it.
“Publisher” — CredCore Labs Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of CredCore Inc., which publishes the Add-in on Microsoft AppSource and operates and supports it on CredCore’s behalf.
“Add-in” — the Tusk Liquid task-pane add-in for Microsoft Excel and Word, including all code, assets, documentation, and updates.
“Services” — the CredCore backend services (including api.credcore.com, liquid.credcore.com, and CredCore’s MCP services) that the Add-in connects to.
“User Data” — data, content, and document selections you transmit to or process through the Add-in and the Services.
Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms & Conditions.
3. Description of the Add-in
Tusk Liquid is an AI-powered task-pane add-in for Microsoft Excel and Word that lets you chat over CredCore credit-agreement data and bring the active document selection into the conversation. The Add-in uses artificial intelligence and connects to the Services (including CredCore’s MCP services) to process queries and return results within the Office environment.
4. Eligibility
The Add-in is intended solely for business and professional use. By using the Add-in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are using the Add-in in the course of your trade, business, or profession. The Add-in is not directed to consumers or to children and is not intended for personal, household, or consumer purposes.
5. License grant
Subject to your compliance with the Agreement, CredCore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Add-in solely for your authorized internal business purposes. The license is personal to you (or your organization) and does not extend to any affiliate or third party except as authorized in writing by CredCore.
6. Fees
The Add-in is provided free of charge. CredCore does not charge a license fee to download, install, or use the Add-in itself. Use of the Add-in requires a valid, active CredCore account. Creating and maintaining that account, and accessing CredCore data and Services through the Add-in, are governed by the CredCore Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, the CredCore MCP Terms, which may offer both free and paid plans; any account, plan, or Service fees are set out in those terms or at sign-up, are separate from the Add-in, and are not governed by this EULA. CredCore may introduce or change fees for the Add-in or any plan on reasonable prior notice; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
7. Restrictions
You shall not, directly or indirectly: (a) copy, distribute, sell, resell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Add-in; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code, algorithms, or data structures; (c) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (d) remove or alter proprietary notices, trademarks, or branding; (e) use the Add-in for any unlawful purpose, including violations of financial-regulation, anti-money-laundering, or data-protection laws; (f) transmit malicious code or interfere with the Services or any system; (g) circumvent security, access-control, or usage-limiting features; (h) use the Add-in to benchmark or develop a competing product; or (i) use outputs contrary to the Platform Disclaimer (including without the required human verification).
8. Account and user obligations
You agree to: (a) safeguard your account credentials; (b) notify CredCore immediately at security@credcore.com (with “SECURITY” in the subject line) of any unauthorized access or suspected breach; (c) use the Add-in only with validly licensed copies of Microsoft Excel and Word; (d) comply with all applicable laws and the CredCore Terms’ acceptable-use provisions; (e) ensure everyone using your account complies with the Agreement; and (f) represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit any document content or selection you bring into the Add-in. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
9. AI outputs; no professional advice
The Add-in produces AI-generated output. AI output is provided “AS IS” and may contain inaccuracies or fabricated information. CredCore is not a fiduciary and provides no legal, financial, investment, or tax advice. You must independently verify all results. The mandatory human-in-the-loop verification, algorithmic-variance, and regulatory-status provisions of the Platform Disclaimer (credcore.com/legal) apply in full to your use of the Add-in and are incorporated here.
10. Data and privacy
Personal data processed through the Add-in is handled per the Privacy Policy (iubenda.com/privacy-policy/20446622), which forms part of the Agreement. CredCore transmits your queries and relevant conversation context to its AI service provider to generate responses; that provider does not use your content to train its models, and CredCore does not use the content of your queries, document selections, or AI outputs to train AI models. Conversation history is retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Any use of data to improve the Services is limited to aggregated, de-identified data. Applicable data-protection laws may include the EU/UK GDPR and the CCPA and other US state privacy laws. Where personal data is processed in India by CredCore’s subsidiary on CredCore’s behalf, appropriate transfer safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply. Organizations that deploy the Add-in and require a data processing agreement are covered by the data-processing provisions of the CredCore Terms & Conditions and any executed MSA.
11. Intellectual property
The Add-in, the Services, and all related intellectual property are and remain the exclusive property of CredCore or its licensors. No ownership transfers to you. You retain all rights to your User Data and grant CredCore a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services (per Section 10).
12. Microsoft and third-party platforms
The Add-in runs within Microsoft 365 (Excel and Word). Your use of Microsoft products is governed by Microsoft’s own terms and policies. CredCore is not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of Microsoft or any third-party platform; direct platform issues to Microsoft.
13. Updates
Updates are distributed automatically through Microsoft AppSource. CredCore may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. CredCore may revise this EULA; material changes will be communicated in-product or by email at least thirty (30) days in advance, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Warranty disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ADD-IN AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AS FURTHER SET OUT IN THE PLATFORM DISCLAIMER. CredCore does not warrant that the Add-in will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or reliable.
15. Limitation of liability
The limitation-of-liability provisions of the Platform Disclaimer (§6) and Terms & Conditions apply and are incorporated here. Without limiting those, CredCore’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid CredCore for the CredCore account or Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding it, or (b) US$100. The Add-in itself is provided free of charge. An executed MSA, if any, governs over this Section.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CredCore, its affiliates (including the Publisher), and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Add-in in violation of the Agreement, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your User Data, consistent with the indemnification provisions of the Terms and Platform Disclaimer.
17. Term and termination
This EULA is effective on first install/use and continues until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the Add-in and ceasing use. CredCore may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, or on thirty (30) days’ notice for any reason. On termination your license ends and you must uninstall the Add-in. CredCore retains and deletes account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, unless longer retention is required by law. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, and 18 survive.
18. Export and sanctions compliance
You will comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws and represent that you are not located in, or a national/resident of, a comprehensively sanctioned territory, and are not on any restricted-party list.
19. Governing law and dispute resolution
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days; if unresolved, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the AAA in New York County, New York, in English, before a single arbitrator — consistent with the Platform Disclaimer. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Nothing in this Section overrides the mandatory consumer-protection rights of Users in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions where such waivers are not permitted.
20. General
Entire agreement (together with the incorporated documents); severability; no waiver; you may not assign without CredCore’s consent, while CredCore may assign to an affiliate (including the Publisher) or successor; force majeure; notices to CredCore at legal@credcore.com and to you at your account email or in-product.
